Baby portraits
I'm a natural light, on location photographer. Using the beauty of available light and the gorgeous backgrounds that nature or the setting of your home provide... I feel this is the best way to tell the story of your child. Natural expressions and interaction happen best while your child explores a new location or is in the comfort of their own environment.
Your session includes a pre-session consultation over the phone, an on-location photo shot, and post-production editing and minor retouching.
During the consultation, I will talk to you over the phone, to discuss the session, any ideas you have and the purpose you have in mind for the photos.
In order to capture the most natural expressions, my photo shoots typically last 2-3 hours. Sometimes kids get cranky - a well fed, well rested child will typically relax in to our shoot and have fun with it.
Within 2 weeks, a selection of the best photos will be available for viewing in a password protected online gallery from which prints may be ordered at an additional charge.
Once you place your order, your prints will arrive within 2 weeks. Please allow a few extra days for specialty items.

*Session fee covers a pre-session consultation, an on-location photo session lasting about 2-3 hours, and post-production editing and minor retouching only.
*Newborn sessions are best when done within the first two weeks. I will put a place holder on the schedule for your anticipated due date and keep the time frame flexible to accomodate any early or late arrivals. Please call to schedule as soon as possible after the baby's birth.
*Session fee is due at the time of booking. Your scheduled session date will be reserved once payment is received and is non refundable.
SESSION PACKAGES
THE FIRST YEAR - 4 sessions plus coffee table album at a 20% discount when paid in advance. This beautiful book will have a custom designed layout to tell the story of your baby's first year and show off your images to best effect.

What to wear
It's best to wear clothes that are simple and comfortable - no logos or loud patterns. We will work with lots of different poses and settings, so I recommend a couple of outfit changes - and be sure to have their favorites on hand. Do keep in mind that the more simple the clothes, the more classic and lasting the image, but costumes may bring big smiles for years to come.

As a female photographer, I love the personal touch each bride puts into her wedding and make it my aim to record all these details - from the table names to the loving looks a couple give each other.

While group shoots are important I strongly believe they should not takeover your day, rather capturing it while it unfolds. My wedding photography services cover the whole of Kent, Surrey, south Essex and London and new for 2011. I have added a photo booth service, which gives excellent opportunities to get some really fun shots. The photo booth can be setup for one hour between your meal and first dance, please ensure there is space at your venue if you wish to use this service. Then you and your guests can let their hair down and have some fun with a new and unique approach to your wedding photography!
